Self Carpal Tunnel Massage Treatment

Lower Elbow

  1. Place your palm on your forearm . Your thumb is below the elbow crease.
  2. Wrap your fingers around your arm.
  3. Lightly stroke going up towards your shoulder in a pulling up motion for 10 counts.
  4. Stroke slowly and lightly until all the muscles are soft.
  5. Please take your time.

Elbow

  1. Place your fingertips the inside of your elbow crease . (pinky side)
  2. Staying on your elbow crease gently stroke along the crease towards the outer part of your elbow about 10 times.
  3. Stroke slowly and lightly until the area feels soft.
  4. Please take your time and massage lightly.

Wrist area

  1. Place your fingertips on the inside of your wrist (pinky side).
  2. Staying on the crease of your wrist gently stroke along the wrist towards the outer part of your wrist for about 10 times.
  3. Next, put your fingertips on your wrist on the top part of your hand and stroke downward about 10 times.
  4. Stroke slowly and lightly until the area feels soft.
  5. Please take your time and massage lightly.

Elbow Area

  1. Place up your hand around your forearm just below the back of your elbow (triceps).
  2. Gently pull the skin up. Go slow.
  3. Next using your fingertips pull your forearm skin from the wrist to the elbow with 10 or more light strokes. Do this on both sides of the forearm.
  4. Please take your time and massage lightly.
  5. Stroke slowly and lightly until the area feels soft.

Forearm and Wrist

  1. Cup your hand around the back side of your wrist.
  2. Slide the skin toward the elbow for the count of 10 using your palm not your fingers. Go slowly and gently.
  3. Do this on both sides of the forearm.
  4. Please take your time and massage lightly.
  5. Stroke slowly and lightly until the area feels soft.

Hmmmmm….didn’t that feel great! Carpal tunnel massage is a splendid way to help control your pain. Massage helps with all types of pain from mild to those living with chronic pain.

Follow this routine 2-or more times per day to help stop your discomfort.
