Life has so many great things to offer and who wants to lose time from work, play and our daily lives. Let’s face it….who has the time to be in pain?

Things to remember before using an Inversion Table

  • Before beginning your program get clearance from your healthcare provider.
  • Stretching should always be done within your pain threshold.
  • Any exercise that causes pain should be discontinued.
  • Start with a slight slant of 20-30 degrees
  • Increase to 60-degrees slowly over a period of time.
  • You do not need to hang totally upside down.
  • Start with 2-3 minutes and progress very slowly over a period of time.

How to invert

  1. The amount of time depends on the angle you are inverted
